I have over 10 years working in the customer service industry & have worked for blue-chip companies from customer service to management level. We are a close-knit team and it feels like you are part of a family. All the staff are customer-focused and we share similar working ethics. I love working here, every day is different; a new supplier to contact, a new product range launched or expanding our existing products. The company provides opportunities to advance careers, from sales to customer service, purchasing to marketing and more. I started as a product developer (helping out on sales) and worked up to a product listings manager, maintaining the Roofing Superstore product inventory. I now oversee the team which manages products across all of our websites.


Prior to joining the company in 2011, I worked in retail management /customer service for 10 years. I can hands-down say it's a pleasure to work with a company and team who really do care! To watch people go above and beyond on a day-to-day basis is something very hard to come by these days… I can't imagine ever working anywhere else. Fun, rewarding and fulfilling… what more can you ask for?
